I am seeking remote or US-based roles in cloud/identity or junior systems administration that offer hands-on infrastructure work, mentorship, and growth into cloud-native operations.

I am an IT professional transitioning into cloud and hybrid identity infrastructure with hands-on lab experience building and administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments. I bring 5+ years of cross-industry experience in technical documentation, SOP compliance, operational coordination, and client-facing communication, enabling me to contribute from day one while continuing to grow in cloud-first IT support and systems administration.

My recent self-directed hybrid identity lab demonstrates practical skills: multi-site AD DS design and FSMO management, GPO and AD Recycle Bin configuration, directory synchronization to Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access implementation, and DNS/DHCP multi-site replication with documented disaster recovery. I am pursuing Microsoft Applied Skills certifications to formalize my AD DS and Entra ID expertise and seek an entry-point role where I can apply Zero Trust and IAM principles while advancing in cloud infrastructure.
