I lead mission-critical federal modernization programs at Cloud7Works for the Department of Defense, Selective Service System, HHS, Peace Corps, and U.S. Navy Recruiting Command. My work spans cloud migration, cybersecurity modernization, operations and maintenance, and enterprise system enhancements.
For Selective Service, I manage concurrent RCV modernization workstreams covering AWS migration, IVR modernization, data warehouse design, identity modernization, source-control migration, and IPv6 enablement. I translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, project schedules, risk registers, and acquisition-ready Performance Work Statements.
I also manage the $14M DSAID sustainment and modernization program for DMDC, leading an 11-person cross-functional team supporting a congressionally mandated DoD case-management system. At HHS, I delivered cybersecurity modernization work including SFTP-to-API modernization, POA&M remediation, Zero Trust assessments, and disaster recovery planning.
Before Cloud7Works, I drove consumer-lending transformation at Bank of the West through Appian workflow automation and Scrum delivery, and supported BNP Paribas capital-markets contract management and Dodd-Frank compliance. I bring 15+ years of project management, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance experience to complex federal technology programs.
