At Red River, I support BCG Federal users and systems in a federal Microsoft GCC High environment. I troubleshoot identity, endpoint, application, networking, VPN, virtual desktop, and Microsoft 365 issues.
I administer Microsoft Entra ID identities and support Intune-managed Windows endpoints, including device configuration, application deployment, and compliance. I also assist with Microsoft 365 licensing and access across E1, E3, and E5 environments.
I create knowledge base articles, technical procedures, and troubleshooting guides, and document incidents for escalations. In the United States Army Reserve, I supported communications and network systems and served as a company communications lead.
