I am a final-year Modern Languages student with over a year and a half of experience in customer service roles. My journey has equipped me with strong competencies in intercultural communication, translation, and interpretation. I am currently enhancing my skill set with a diploma in Data Analysis, where I am learning to work with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel.
