I am a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. My journey began as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, where I honed my communication skills while providing phone support for a telecommunications company in New Zealand. This role laid the foundation for my career, allowing me to develop a strong customer-centric approach.

Over the years, I transitioned to various roles, including a Virtual Assistant managing Walmart and Amazon accounts, and later as an Administrative Personnel at Davao Rover Motor Shop. In my current position at TAIO, I manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and onboarding top talent to enhance team performance.
