Cynthia Mukete-Lyonga

At Reaching The Nations Ministries – House of Triumph, I provide organizational leadership for programs and community initiatives while counseling people through personal development, relationships, and life transitions.

I've coordinated counseling services for more than 50 clients at Dr. Edmond’s OASIS LLC, using client-centered strategies, data tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen engagement and continuity of care. I also lead customer service operations at Family Coaching Services, coaching teams in communication, conflict resolution, and client relations.

My work includes mentoring students in academic and STEM-related projects, designing lessons for diverse learning needs, and helping emerging leaders build accountability and confidence.

I'm pursuing an Ed.D. in Community Care & Counseling with a Marriage & Family Counseling specialization, bringing together leadership, counseling, healthcare support, and bilingual English-French communication.
