What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver client-centered therapeutic support, coach youth and students, and lead through strong communication, organization, and compassionate, assessment-driven engagement.

I’ve built my career around helping young people thrive through therapeutic, client-centered engagement and structured support. In my most recent role, I worked with 150+ youth while promoting positive social skills and maintaining organized, accessible records.

I’m also experienced in assessment-driven hiring and development, including screening and evaluating new employees with a focus on personality and character alignment. I’ve provided training to incoming staff, supported day-to-day operations, and communicated effectively across teams to improve satisfaction and reduce internal disputes.

Earlier in my career, I served as a head teacher and training instructor, contributing to recruitment, curriculum development, and large-scale event support. I bring a steady, people-focused approach grounded in active listening, consistency, self-management, and collaboration—so clients, students, and teams feel supported and understood.
