What I'm looking for
I’m a dynamic, solutions-focused project and operations leader with 10+ years of experience in project coordination, client relationship management, operations, and service delivery across healthcare, tech-enabled services, and facilities environments. I manage full project lifecycles—from scope definition and vendor coordination to execution and post-implementation optimization—while staying highly focused on stakeholder communication, onboarding, and continuous process improvement.
In my current role as Multi eXpress Manager & Regional Safety Coordinator (Cone Health, Sodexo), I lead remote and hybrid operations for a large healthcare system, develop project plans and performance metrics, collaborate with IT/clinical teams and vendors, and oversee workflow prioritization, compliance initiatives, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement. Previously, I helped launch four branded retail locations within Canada’s first smart hospital and managed cross-functional implementations involving IT, Marketing, Culinary, and Facilities—along with recruitment, onboarding, and training to achieve financial targets.
