I've spent years supporting families, children, and customers through early childhood education and healthcare service roles.
At Community Action Inc., I taught infants and preschool children from 2016 to 2024, supporting fine motor, gross motor, cognitive, social-emotional, and language development. I also completed three years of CLI Engage training and handled lesson planning, health, and nutrition activities.
Earlier, I worked at Regional Care Service Corp. in imaging and urgent care, where I registered patients, verified insurance, scheduled appointments, obtained authorizations, collected co-pays, and answered incoming calls. My customer service experience also includes medical records processing and chart organization.
