I’m a Senior Account Executive focused on managing, acquiring, and retaining international leads while using CRM systems for customer follow-up and data management. I bring a strong multilingual background to every conversation, supporting international students and customers with clear, reliable communication.

Alongside my commercial experience, I build professional language skills through work as an Interpreter Trainee (English and German) and Translation Trainee. I’ve supported intercultural communication in clinical settings, including linguistic mediation between healthcare staff and international patients through consecutive interpreting in outpatient medical consultations.

I’m also developing high-quality translation capabilities through education in Professional Translation and Intercultural Mediation, plus practical experience translating educational and cultural materials. I’ve completed text revision and adaptation for educational dossiers and cultural materials, with work done for international audiences.

What drives me is combining customer-focused execution with intercultural understanding. Whether through lead management, data-backed follow-through, or language mediation, I aim to create smoother experiences for international people and teams.
