What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role in instructional design, curriculum and content development, student support, or learning analytics.

Child psychologist and educator working in learning design and student support. I lead online teacher training and digital infrastructure for an educational project in Tanzania, designing the content and materials, delivering remote sessions, and adapting methodologies for distance learning.

Alongside this I run an independent parenting consulting practice and teach the 9–12 group at a Montessori school. My background spans child psychology, early childhood education, SEN and neurodiverse learners, assessment, and family–school coordination.

What I bring that is less common is that I come at learning design from clinical practice: I start from what a learner cannot do yet and why, and I care whether that actually changed.
