Clinical Psychologist specializing in ADHD and Autism, delivering compassionate ACT-based online therapy for growth.
What I'm looking for
I am a Clinical Psychologist specializing in ADHD and Autism, providing compassionate support to individuals, families, and adolescents since 2017. I’m especially drawn to helping clients embrace their unique challenges while moving toward meaningful goals.
My practice is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I use it to create space for emotional clarity, strengthen coping, and support personal development—so clients can build a life that fits them, not just a plan that looks good on paper.
I hold both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Psychology. I also bring additional training, including certification in autism and family (Beyond Autism), and I tailor online therapy to each person's specific needs for a flexible, accessible therapeutic experience.
Professionally, I’ve worked in leadership and education settings, including “Director of studies” and “Early years department,” and I have experience supporting children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. I’m recognized for empathy, active listening, strong therapeutic relationships in virtual settings, and a commitment to confidentiality and client-centered care.
