I’m looking for a solar role where I can coordinate PV operations and projects, tighten CRM/pipeline execution, improve appointment quality with strong QA, and lead remote teams to hit KPIs—while owning post-sale handoffs and customer outcomes.

I’m a bilingual (English-Spanish) solar operations and sales-ops professional and Mechatronics Engineer with 8+ years of experience across residential PV, CRM workflows, appointment setting, and post-sale/O&M support.

I’ve supported U.S. and Latin American markets through consultative selling, pipeline optimization, KPI reporting, QA reviews, SOP creation, and lead qualification—always focused on operational consistency and measurable performance.
