I’m a dynamic, self-motivated customer success and sales professional who thrives in both technical and non-technical environments. I’ve built strong client relationships while guiding customers through the full product life cycle to maximize long-term success.
In my current role as a Senior Customer Success Manager, I manage onboarding, implementation, renewal, and expansion for assigned accounts. I drive customer adoption through enablement, training, and success planning, and I monitor customer health metrics, engagement data, and feedback to proactively surface risks and opportunities.
I also partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support to resolve issues and improve the customer experience, while owning escalations and complex problems through timely resolution.
