I’m looking for a bilingual customer-focused role where I can support high-volume customers, uphold compliance, and use AI to streamline workflows. I want a team that values quality, retention, and continuous improvement through clear next steps.

I’m a bilingual customer support specialist who thrives in high-volume environments, guiding customers through complex decisions with clarity and care. In my current role, I handle 60+ inbound calls daily in English and Spanish, lead discovery conversations, and consistently drive customers to a clear next step.

I’ve historically achieved 100% call quality scores while keeping customer retention high, and I actively use AI tools to cut admin time on CRM updates, call notes, and follow-ups. That frees more time for real customer conversations and strengthens the customer experience end-to-end.

Previously, I delivered top regional performance at SNDL by enforcing compliance and process accuracy in a regulated cannabis retail setting, while improving front-end workflows and inventory systems to reduce errors. I also built strong sales results and customer loyalty as a seasonal associate at American Eagle—ranking in the top 5 on site while managing inventory, restocking, and accurate transactions—and I’m currently progressing toward CAPM to strengthen my project management foundation.
