I am an IT support professional and digital content creator with hands-on experience in service desk operations, customer service, sales, and content production. I have worked as a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and documenting solutions to support knowledge sharing.

At Studio Moderna I developed strong sales and customer-service skills, learned to understand customer needs, resolve conflicts, and deliver effective solutions that improve satisfaction. I also have experience testing games and applications, identifying bugs, and providing actionable usability and performance feedback.

I create video and photo content, write articles for social platforms, and apply AI tools to optimize copy and creative assets. I am comfortable using content-creation platforms and adapt quickly to new software and workflows.

Currently studying database administration and development, I design and manage databases (SQL, MySQL) and have solid Microsoft Office abilities. I am curious, quick to learn, and able to communicate in English at a B2 level in international environments.
