At Liberty Group, I governed an enterprise role library of approximately 1,400 roles and supported organisation design activity across a c.4,800-employee organisation. I analysed roles across 10 corporate-function business units, validated business-specific exceptions, and supported restructuring implementation.
I conduct Hay job evaluations, develop role profiles, and strengthen JD governance through standards, workflows, training, and technical support for HR Business Partners and Advisors. My work translates organisation design decisions into clear roles, defensible job levels, and aligned organisational and payroll records.
Previously at Rand Merchant Bank, I supported structure and role decisions across a c.5,000-employee business and led eight HR Coordinators as Human Capital Operations Manager.
