I’m an organised, proactive Facilities and Property Manager with over eight years’ experience managing facilities, property, maintenance projects, and business operations within the care sector. I coordinate contractors, plan workloads, and solve complex problems while keeping compliance strong across multiple sites.

In my current role, I manage maintenance and compliance across care settings, from quotation through completion and payment. I organise statutory inspections (including fire safety, electrical, and gas requirements), carry out property inspections, and maintain accurate documentation and records.

I’m also experienced in operational support: monitoring budgets, processing invoices, managing petty cash, and providing operational and technical assistance across several office locations. I act as Data Protection Officer and manage company assets including staff ID systems and company vehicles.

I’m known for building positive working relationships with contractors, colleagues, and external organisations while handling competing priorities. I’m now looking for a role where my project coordination, administration, and problem-solving strengths can support a team and deliver successful outcomes.
