I currently dispatch drivers, manage manifests, send PODs to billing, coordinate accurate ETAs with sales, and set up redeliveries—while promptly handling emails and phone calls.

My background spans international supply chain work and vessel coordination across the USA, Panama, and Curacao. I’ve served as a vessel dispatcher and international customer service go-to, gathered PODs for billing, managed rail and drayage logistics, and handled import customer service tasks like arrival notices, pickup numbers, and tracking rail movements to keep customers informed during delays. Previously, I’ve also led logistics operations as a Logistics Director, overseeing inventory control, export documentation, client relations, training and development, and warehouse design for new factories.
