I’m a results-driven logistics and transportation professional with 15+ years of progressive experience leading shipping, receiving, dispatch, transportation coordination, and inventory control. I focus on getting freight moving on time, keeping inventory accurate, and delivering dependable customer service.

In my current role as a Logistics Specialist / Dispatcher, I coordinate daily transportation operations—scheduling drivers, assigning routes, prioritizing freight, and monitoring shipment activity. I proactively resolve delays and route conflicts, serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers, and prepare Bills of Lading, manifests, and proof-of-delivery documentation.

Previously, as an Operations / Transportation Manager, I directed transportation, warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and export operations in a high-volume environment. I managed 4 team leads and 50+ employees, led cycle counting and reconciliation, coordinated international export shipments, and drove continuous improvements through process changes and performance metric analysis.

I’ve also built strong warehouse fundamentals as a Receiving Lead & Material Handler, using WMS systems and RF technology to support accurate inventory transactions and freight visibility. Across roles, I bring bilingual communication (English/Spanish), practical leadership, and a consistent commitment to compliance, safety, and SLA performance.
