I’m an experienced Care Manager with more than five years of behavioral health and care coordination experience serving children and families with complex needs. I coordinate care plans across behavioral health, medical, educational, and community support systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and progress toward care plan goals.

I lead crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization planning for high-needs youth and families, while monitoring service utilization and engagement to support appropriate referrals and continuity of care. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providers, schools, and community agencies to remove barriers and improve client outcomes.

I’m known for developing people and strengthening quality. I mentor and train newly hired Care Managers on care coordination processes, documentation requirements, family engagement strategies, and community resources, and I support quality assurance and compliance monitoring through documentation review and performance monitoring.

When I support operations, I provide coverage during supervisor absences and offer guidance to team members on complex cases and crisis situations. Across my background—including care work in residential habilitation and employment support—I bring strong family engagement, community partnership development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to every care team.
