At Tri-County Care, I develop person-centered Life Plans for people receiving OPWDD services and coordinate care across residential providers, day programs, and clinical supports.

I've also provided behavior intervention at Citizens Options Unlimited, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing Behavior Support Plans, training Direct Support Professionals in SCIP-R, and using data to strengthen skills and reduce unsafe behaviors.

Across ACA NY, AHRC Suffolk, the Developmental Disability Institute, and East End Disability Associates, I've supported residential, day habilitation, and care coordination programs. My work includes staff supervision, habilitation planning, regulatory compliance, direct care, community integration, and virtual programming.

I'm grounded in disability justice, trauma-informed practice, strengths-based support, and meaningful advocacy for people with developmental disabilities.
