I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor in Computer Science while building a track record of hands-on leadership, customer support, and day-to-day operations management. I bring strong problem-solving and critical thinking to keep things moving efficiently and to remove bottlenecks in real time.

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, I created a warm, welcoming environment for customers and partners and led the floor using clear communication around expectations and decisions that impact store operations. I manage inventory by conducting counts, placing orders according to pars, and supporting reliable cash management through till and safe counts.

Previously, I worked as a University 16 Cinemas Floor Staff member where I operated a POS system and handled ticket and concession transactions, monitored auditoriums for quality and cleanliness, and assisted customers with showtimes and concerns. Across both roles, I’m dependable, detail oriented, and focused on teamwork—ensuring operations stay smooth and issues get resolved quickly.
