I’m a hard-working, driven, reliable graduate/professional with experience across retail operations and business environments. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and extensive coursework that includes coding/computer science and business administration, I’m motivated to learn quickly and contribute in a way that keeps work efficient, organized, and engaging for the team.

In my current Shift Supervisor role, I supported inventory management by organizing stock and maintaining accurate records, completed store opening/closing procedures, and balanced registers. I also resolved complaints with thoughtful solutions, enforced company policies and regulations with employees, and ensured smooth operations during peak hours through effective resource and staff allocation. Previously, as an Intern at Capital Tax Services, I tied out fixed asset listings, managed account receivables and invoice administration, filed tangible personal property returns, organized data into digital databases, and generated reports—strengthening my focus on accuracy and meticulous documentation.
