I've led operations, logistics, HR and PMO functions for organisations including Scarab Energy Services, AG Group Oildrop, Automotive Management Services and Compass Integrated Security Solutions. My work spans used cooking oil processing and collection, security operations, procurement, asset control and large-scale fleet management.

In Afghanistan, I managed PMO operations and HR administration supporting the Afghanistan National Police fleet programme, while overseeing a 366-vehicle fleet across operational and support functions. I built SOPs, maintained ISO 9001-aligned controls, managed payroll, budgets, procurement, customs clearance and personnel administration in demanding environments.

At AG Group Oildrop, I supervised drivers collecting used cooking oil across Gauteng and surrounding provinces, planned collection routes, introduced vehicle-check SOPs and developed driver-level P&L reporting. I now oversee used cooking oil processing, ISO tank shipments, site staffing, PPE compliance, expenditure reconciliation and plant readiness at Scarab Energy Services.

I'm a hands-on leader with experience in banking, financial advice, retail operations, security and multinational project support. I bring disciplined operational control, practical financial management and a strong focus on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
