What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into an IT Support or Technical Operations role where I can apply my troubleshooting, incident response, documentation, and workflow management experience while building on CompTIA A+ and Azure fundamentals.

I coordinate municipal water and wastewater operations at Augusta Utilities, supervising 20+ field employees and managing high-volume work orders in Cityworks.

I generate, assign, audit, and close roughly 100 work orders each week, reviewing records for errors and maintaining data integrity and compliance. I also serve as an escalation point for operational and customer service issues.

I've troubleshot emergency water main breaks, coordinated responses during hurricanes and severe weather, and maintained regulatory compliance. I'm pursuing CompTIA A+ and Microsoft AZ-900 as I transition into IT Support or Technical Operations.
