I'm supporting the City of Savannah Innovation and Technology Services department by deploying and transferring employee iPhones, providing technical support, and assisting with inventory and cost-effectiveness data analysis.

At the Savannah Airport Police Department, I served as system administrator and subject matter expert for a Records Management System implementation. I customized workflows, reports, user interfaces, and role setup, while supporting data migration through SQL Server Management Studio.

My communications background includes managing emergency and non-emergency calls, CAD mapping, radios, alarms, CCTV, airport security systems, and secure gate access. I stay composed in high-pressure environments while coordinating with multiple departments and external agencies.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Information Technology with a Cybersecurity emphasis and have earned certifications in cybersecurity, emergency dispatch, crisis intervention, and communications operations.
