What I'm looking for

I seek senior appraisal or valuation roles where I can apply complex valuation, review authority, team leadership, GIS skills, and expert testimony to federal/state and high-value commercial assignments.

I am an MAI- and R/W-AC-designated real estate appraiser and analyst with twenty years of public and private sector experience delivering complex valuation, review, and consulting services across federal, state and private clients. I routinely author narrative USPAP-compliant appraisal reports and serve as a technical authority on politically sensitive and high-value acquisitions.

I have supervised appraisal teams, exercised delegated review authority up to $5,000,000, developed statements of work and procurement directives, and managed vendor relationships while resolving contentious valuation disputes. My appraisal practice spans fee simple, leased fee, leasehold, partial interests, conservation easements, utility/linear rights-of-way, contaminated/remediated sites, and international assignments.

I pursue opportunities to provide valuation and consulting services in VA, NC, SC, and FL, leveraging GIS analysis, advanced quantitative techniques (multiple regression, DCF, extraction of cap rates), and experience as a qualified expert witness to deliver defensible opinions of value and practical policy guidance.
