I run customer support, sales, marketing, and daily operations at CICWIGS AND FASHION HUB, guiding customers from initial inquiry through purchase and delivery.

I identify customer needs, recommend suitable options, resolve concerns professionally, and follow up through WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and direct communication. I maintain accurate order, payment, delivery, product, and customer records while building relationships that encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Previously, I handled administrative communication, records, correspondence, and routine activity coordination as Secretary at Aba Sports Club. My teaching practice and industrial training further developed my communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote, distributed teams and communicating asynchronously across time zones. I use spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Airtable, and business automation tools to keep customer work organized.
