What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge, learning, and experience while applying my background in operations, project management, recruitment, and HR.

I'm currently supporting medical device operations at Foot & Ankle Institute, overseeing audits, maintenance, calibrations, installations, and MIPS documentation for Medicare.

I implemented a new Clinical Documentation Tool program and helped multiple departments quickly adopt the tools available to them. My work includes weekly patient-information audits, daily intake reviews, and documentation coordination with practitioners and scribes.

Previously, I managed end-to-end recruiting at Kameo Health across 15 cities and 10 states, and built HR, onboarding, safety, benefits, and office-management processes at Bango Distribution.
