What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can streamline operations for onboarding and medical staffing, own multi-state provider credentialing, and support scalable compliance goals with audit-ready documentation and efficient HRIS/ATS workflows.

I’m an Operations Professional (BA-HRM) with experience supporting healthcare, military, and corporate functions. I strengthen onboarding and compliance through HR support, onboarding processing, and audit-ready documentation—especially for multi-state provider records and confidential records management.

In my credentialing work, I audited provider credential files, verified state licensure and DEA records, and ensured alignment with CMS and NPI requirements. I also trained onboarding coordinators on ATS procedures and credential file standards to accelerate provider activation timelines, reduce processing delays, and improve CAQH and payer submission quality. After dedicating several years to raising a family, I’m returning with a strong commitment to administration and medical staffing services, while I continue updating my credentialing and regulatory knowledge through ongoing professional development.
