What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance and operations role where I can lead multi-entity AP processes, improve systems and workflows, train teams, and independently support accounting and office operations.

At Winston Hospitality, I manage full-cycle accounts payable across hotel properties and corporate entities, oversee AP staff, and support month-end close, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and commercial tenant accounts receivable.

I led the onboarding and implementation of HIA (Acumatica) across multiple entities, including historical data migration, intercompany interfaces, bank setup, vendor records, GL accounts, and entity structures. I also manage CAM reconciliations, annual reports, 1099 filings, vendor documentation, and corporate office operations.

Previously, I founded and operated Coffee Cargo, managing its accounting, payroll, inventory, vendors, employees, and customer experience. Earlier in my career, I processed payroll for up to 500 employees while handling full-cycle AP and AR for Rifenburg Construction.
