At Zip Co, I built the Bill.com approval workflow, entered AP invoices, and delivered a weekly aging and approved payment view for the CFO. I also reconciled Bill.com against Nexus and validated vendor banking changes through documented callback procedures.

I independently handled merchant payables and treasury operations while supporting audits, 1099 reporting, daily cash reporting, and month-end close. I also cleared a backlog of bank and payment reconciliations, past-due payments, and legacy Xero invoicing.

At Rent the Runway, I designed a scalable three-way match process and automated Concur-to-JD Edwards invoice uploads, eliminating manual invoice entry. I processed invoices in Oracle and JD Edwards and trained new hires one-on-one.
