Colleen Popores
@colleenpopores
Research coordinator and data specialist translating policy into usable outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I’m a research coordinator and data specialist who builds the data infrastructure and documentation multi-site teams rely on—turning complex policy requirements into clear, funder-ready reporting. My background includes longitudinal public health research, SAMHSA federal reporting, and substance use policy work, with a strong focus on data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance.
In recent roles, I oversaw reporting infrastructure and compliance for eight statewide peer support contracts, redesigned multi-site data collection tools, and removed PII from reporting processes. I’ve also built REDCap instruments from scratch, produced quantitative and qualitative evaluation support, and supported IRB submissions—always with a practical goal: make the evidence visible, usable, and accountable.
