Clarisia Hawthorne
@clarisiahawthorne
Experienced clinical research coordinator driving compliance, operations, and stakeholder alignment.
What I'm looking for
I am a detail-oriented clinical research professional and Army veteran with 8+ years coordinating projects across healthcare, academic, and military environments. I consistently maintain audit-ready documentation, support FDA and institutional reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance including GCP, ICH, and HIPAA.
In my current role at MD Anderson I serve as an operational lead for multiple clinical trial programs, maintaining CTMS/eTMF accuracy, preparing FDA audit materials, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and implementing process updates that improved documentation accuracy and incident tracking.
Previously I supported high-volume grant and subaward administration at Baylor, managed continuing education and safety metrics at UTHealth, and coordinated wellness and compliance programs at Methodist Hospital. I bring strengths in stakeholder engagement, SOP development, training/onboarding, and clinical data management tools like EPIC, REDCap, and Oncore.
