At CarerPath, I directed cross-border talent development strategies across the GCC and Mauritius, ensuring alignment between workforce supply and healthcare demand. I oversaw candidate training pipelines to guarantee quality, cultural competence, and regulatory readiness. My role involved building B2B relationships with international healthcare organizations and embedding inclusive hiring and onboarding processes, which have been crucial in supporting professionals from all over the world to thrive in new roles.

Previously, as a Health & Social Lecturer at NewCityCollege, I delivered health and social care programmes with a focus on employability and soft skill development. I developed inclusive curriculum strategies and mentored learners into healthcare careers, embedding leadership and communication skills. My commitment to fostering an inclusive learning culture and using data to inform continuous improvement has been a cornerstone of my career.
