What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own high-impact AI problems with real users, building production agentic and RAG systems that are correct, observable, rigorously evaluated, and secure for sensitive data.

At Protocase, I built OTUS, an on-prem autonomous CAD and quoting suite that takes RFQs through manufacturability checks, quoting, and ERP push using self-hosted open-source models.

I also solo-built EDS Hub, a department-wide management-intelligence platform with 180 authenticated API routes, evidence-cited text-to-SQL analysis, MCP capabilities, and a data pipeline that reduced Overview load time from 36 seconds to 35 milliseconds.

My work centers on agentic systems, hybrid RAG, deterministic evaluation, and secure local inference. I build production tool-calling loops, policy gates, structured outputs, and observability around the principle that LLMs should plan while deterministic code computes.

Alongside hands-on engineering, I lead Engineering & Design Services operations at Protocase, including staffing, KPIs, hiring, coaching, workforce planning, audit programs, and large customer projects. I thrive owning ambiguous, high-impact AI problems with real users.
