I’m a detail-oriented, analytical professional with hands-on experience supporting business and technical teams through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. I’m known for being reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn in fast-paced, collaborative environments, with strong verbal and written communication.

In my current role as a Project Reporter, I maintain accurate daily data entry for active construction projects—ensuring data integrity across specifications, blueprints, addenda, bidder lists, and apparent low reports. I also source new commercial construction projects by monitoring designated websites daily, and I build relationships with plan issuers and key stakeholders to support accurate information and smooth communication.

Previously, as a Leasing Consultant, I analyzed local market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy data to inform leasing and marketing strategies. I tracked lead sources, tour conversions, and lease close rates to identify performance patterns, while maintaining and validating resident and leasing data to support accuracy and compliance across systems.

Earlier, I served as an IT Support Intern where I provided first-line technical support for faculty and students, resolving hardware, software, and classroom technology issues. Alongside support work, I cleaned and standardized enrollment and applicant data in Power BI, created heatmap visualizations to identify geographic distribution trends, and managed IT assets, deployments, and service documentation. I hold a BS in Computer Information Systems and the Google Data Analytics Professional Certification.
