I’m a reporting and analytics professional with a background in workflow coordination, business process analysis, and building reporting tools that help teams make informed decisions. I’m seeking a fully remote Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst role where I can focus on data quality, reporting automation, and translating business needs into useful insights.

My career has progressed from Workflow Coordinator to Senior Workflow Coordinator and, most recently, Associate Business Process Analyst. Across these roles, I’ve worked with internal teams, external clients, and leadership to identify reporting needs, combine information from multiple sources, and create dashboards and reports that support prioritization, planning, and performance monitoring.

My hands-on projects include building a Power Query licensing dashboard covering approximately 25,000 licenses, combining datasets through merges and appends, and creating repeatable refresh processes. I’ve also developed budgeting reports that organize spending by general ledger code and project future costs, store-opening reports that connect opening dates with licensing and filing requirements, and reporting that flags high-penalty jurisdictions and urgent orders.

As a Workflow Coordinator, my reporting, coaching, and follow-up efforts helped reduce Salesforce cases by approximately 70% and a case backlog by approximately 94%. In my senior role, I supported a team of 26 and helped coordinate approximately 10,000 orders across two teams. These experiences taught me to connect reporting with the decisions people need to make and communicate findings clearly to different audiences.

My strongest tools include Excel, Power Query, SQL, SAP BusinessObjects, and Salesforce reporting. My SQL experience includes joins, aggregations, subqueries, and CTEs. I also have experience with Tableau, foundational Power BI skills, and coursework in BigQuery and Python. I’ve completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and am developing a portfolio that includes a Cyclistic bike-share analysis and a non-confidential business licensing reporting project.

I enjoy cleaning and validating data, investigating patterns, simplifying recurring reports, and understanding the logic behind systems and business decisions. I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can build reliable reporting solutions, explain what the data means, and continue growing my SQL and business intelligence skills.
