At University of Wyoming Information Technology, I advanced from Help Desk Technician to Help Desk Specialist, resolving hardware, software, account, and application issues. In the Specialist role, I also served as an escalation resource and supported cybersecurity efforts through account response, user education, and incident documentation.
I authored the primary knowledge base documentation for UW Student Websites and developed reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript templates. I also created a centralized documentation repository to make technical guidance easier to find and support user self-service.
On Wildernest, I collaborated with a four-person Agile-style team to develop a 2D game using Unity and C#. I implemented player traversal systems and served as lead project documenter, producing technical documentation and design specifications.
For Pair-A-Normal Match-ivity, I contributed to game development and built a JavaFX-based memory matching game with responsive layouts and original artwork. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
