I'm seeking opportunities in IT support, technical services, quality assurance, or game design where I can troubleshoot systems, improve reliability, test interactive software, and contribute to game development.

I'm supporting 400+ devices across 39 client organizations at Essential IT, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining system stability through updates, security patching, and end-user support.

At Integrate Ed, I developed regression-testing workflows for interactive software, documented defects with reproduction steps and severity classifications, and worked with developers to validate features.

I'm also the founder and creative lead of Games From the Apocalypse, where I design gameplay mechanics, player flow, and production pipelines for an independent game progressing toward a vertical-slice demo.
