What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Applications or IT Support role where I can apply analytical thinking, troubleshoot systems, and help teams use technology effectively.

I'm transitioning from operations into IT, bringing hands-on experience with business systems, performance tracking, operational data, and team support at Valvoline Instant Oil Change.

As an Assistant Manager, I use internal systems to manage scheduling, inventory, KPIs, workflow, labor tracking, and service forecasting. I also help team members navigate digital tools for reporting and operational tracking.

I've built portfolio projects including a Valvoline-inspired Excel performance dashboard, a Python medical data visualizer, and a SQL customer-order analysis. My work uses Excel formulas, Python, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SQL queries, joins, and aggregate functions to turn data into useful insights.

I'm developing my software and data skills through Responsive Web Development and Data Analysis with Python certifications, while engaging with technology and open-source discussions through Tech Lancaster.
