What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use analytics and strong documentation to streamline processes, support product improvements, and contribute to governance and audits—while building deeper expertise in data-driven decision-making within a collaborative team.

I’m a product development support officer at the National Commercial Bank (NCBJ), where I help keep processes accurate and current through “up-to-date documentation of processes.” I also support the “development and implementation of new products or enhancements,” ensuring changes strengthen procedural efficiency.

Previously, as a Business Process Analyst-Intern, I supported staff in daily tasks to “reduce workload burden” and free up time for higher-priority work. I analyzed problems with teams, prepared project presentations and reports for senior staff, and helped maintain a positive team environment through collaboration on group projects.

Across both roles, I focus on practical analytics and clear communication: I “prepared comprehensive reports summarizing data analysis findings,” researched projects to support well-informed decisions, and used presentations to increase colleagues’ understanding of project goals and objectives.

I bring a strong technical foundation from my Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Systems (Caribbean Maritime University), including coursework in Programming, Statistics, Data Analysis, Computer Networking, Database Systems, and Project Management. I’m at my best when I can combine analytical mindset with professionalism, adaptability, and time management to improve outcomes.
