What I'm looking for

I’m open to client support, onboarding, operations, back-office and finance-operations roles. I’m comfortable working autonomously in fully remote roles across time zones.

I've spent 7 years in B2B financing and client relations, working with banks, partners and business customers at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, Locam (Crédit Agricole) and Manpower. My daily work was being the main contact for clients and partners, checking their files and numbers, and solving problems with the risk and operations teams. Most recently, I helped build a financing company (Filease), where I handled complex client files, set up a CRM and e-signature tools with our financial partners, and cut processing time by 25%. Since September 2025, I've run my own online store, Babies Adventure, on my own and fully remotely. I manage its content, its growth and its international suppliers. I speak French (native) and English (TOEIC 960), and I'm comfortable working alone, in writing, and across time zones. I'm looking for a remote role in client support, onboarding, operations or finance operations, where I can use my experience with clients and financial products.
