I am a finance and customer operations professional with strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash processes, and customer billing support, working with international teams in fully remote environments.

Over the past several years, I have managed invoicing, payment follow-ups, collections, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation across multi-entity organizations. I have acted as a main point of contact for customers regarding billing and payment issues, while also producing KPI reports related to cash collection, overdue balances, and process performance. In previous roles, I contributed to ERP migrations, automation of reconciliation processes, and the standardization of customer follow-up procedures, helping improve cash flow and operational efficiency.

I have also coordinated and trained finance and sales-administration teams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance in customer account management.
