I'm looking for an IT support or technical role where I can troubleshoot enterprise systems, improve user adoption through documentation and training, and grow my software development skills.

I've installed and updated Saint Enterprise systems for more than 20 clients in Maracaibo, trained managers at 15+ companies, and maintained follow-up with regular customers.
