What I'm looking for
I'm a Customer Success and Junior Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SaaS environments, e-commerce account management, and data-driven decision making.
My technical foundation includes advanced SQL (CTEs, subqueries, JOINs, window functions), relational data modeling, KPI tracking, and marketing performance analysis. I also work at expert level with automation tools like Make, Zapier, and N8N , which means I don't just analyze data, I build the pipelines that make it flow.
Currently, I work at a SaaS startup managing e-commerce integrations and client accounts. I onboard clients, monitor performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and translate data into actionable decisions —,all in a fast-paced startup environment where I wear multiple hats.
Before that, I managed paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, analyzing conversion funnels and performance metrics to reduce CPA and optimize ROAS for clients across different segments.
