I am a bilingual marketing professional with nearly 20 years of strategic leadership across services, finance, and insurance in Peru and Colombia, focused on communications, customer experience, marketing, and sales.

I specialize in email marketing and CRM with a strong emphasis on automation and customer retention, having designed segmented communication strategies that increased open rates by more than 40% and sustained NPS >90%.

At Allianz Seguros Colombia I led lifecycle and retention programs, managed a team of five, administered an annual budget of ~COP 3 billion, and built the Allianz One automated lifecycle program as the main driver of loyalty.
