What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support customers and operations through bilingual communication, structured follow-up, CRM management, and deadline-driven administrative coordination.

I’ve supported international clients at GrowPro Experience, managing 20–30 visa cases at a time through CRM systems while meeting strict deadlines and handling sensitive documentation.
