What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to transition my technical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills into a remote Virtual Assistant role, providing accurate, timely, and professional support in a remote work environment.

At SOROSORO IBABA DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE (SIDC), I support PCs, printers, POS systems, and networks, helping reduce downtime by 20%. I also handle SAP Administration and troubleshoot POS accounts and setup.

As an IT INTERN at SIDC MAIN OFFICE, I configured Ruijie Cloud networks across two branches and resolved network issues. I also deployed P2P radio network setups to improve branch connectivity.

I use MySQL scripting to improve database efficiency and troubleshoot POS-related issues. I’m seeking to transition my technical and organizational skills into a remote Virtual Assistant role, providing accurate and timely support.
